Hi,
I'm trying to renew my licence for Intel IPP for another year, but I'm having a lot of issues:
- I can't login with my previous registered account so I can't access my "active products" in order to renew
- Ibought an Intel IPP renewal package, I got a new serial number and I registered a new account: when I try to register my product, it asks for the older IPP license, but it can't be found linked with my account domain (as my previous account seems to be deleted).
How can I link my previous product license with the renewal I bought and the new account?
