Installation ended prematurely

I received every time a message saying:" Intel XDK Setup wizard end up prematurely because of error(s). failed_to_extract_archive failed_to_open_archive". And it asks me to run the setup wizard again but I did it many time with even a new setup that I just downloaded from this official website and still the same error message at the end of installation. I really need some help here, thank you for understanding.

Try disabling any antivirus, spyware you have. Another user had this issue while using TuneUp Utilities.

Unfortunately disabling my antivirus doesn't change anything! Do you have any other suggestions?

You have something installed on your system that is preventing the XDK from extracting/running the installer. The only thing I have seen cause this in the past in TuneUp Utilities, which I think now is a part of AVG.
