Intel Parallel Studio XE 2016 for Windows Can't install !

Hi !

        I apply for the serial number, but appear install errors. 141 components install, but 106 rolling back  failed components.Finally, installed failed!

I don't know why will appear this kind of situation.

       PS: I first use evaluation version: no problem.
