Intel System Debugger cannot start

I configured my UEFI Debug Agent connection, but by some reason after few debugging sessions System Debugger cannot start.

It displays infinite logo.bmp:

I did PC restart and even reinstalled System Studio 2020, nothing helps...

winver: Windows 10 1909 18363.418

Please, help!

It happens after my debug session hung with no response from TARGET.

What kind of logs should I check, can you please specify filename? Maybe some System Debugger startup log?
