HI,

After the renewal of my licence (intel fortran and C++ compiler for Linux and Mac OS X) I received 4 emails without attached licence file. I tried to obtain from the registration center, but the new email has not a licence file attached.

Have you a solution?

Best regards

Jean-Pierre,

Your licenses haven't been activated yet, so there are no license files available yet. You can use the serial number during product installation to activate the license. The installer will automatically install the license file then on your host system. This however requires an online Internet connection to the Intel(R) Registration Center. If you are not connected to the Internet from your machines where you want to install your products/updates you need to activate your serial numbers offline first and then use the license file for offline product activation as described here:
https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/how-do-i-get-a-license-file-for-an-offline-installation-of-intel-parallel-studio-xe-2016

More information about our new licensing policy for version 2016 products:
https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/required-product-license-upgrade-for-intel-parallel-studio-xe-2016

I hope this helps.

Regards, Hubert.
