Hi i miss in the samples all the part of Bluetooth in C or C++ for Galileo...

Not sure what exactly you are looking for

BTLE depends on whether it's supported by your adapter.

In general the Intel(R) IoT developer kit SD card image for Intel(R) Galileo uses BlueZ5 / connman. So it's rather a generic Linux question you ask for. I personally haven't tried any BTLE yet on Galileo.
