I have two active Intel C++ compiler licenses that our IT group is asking me to rehost.  The person whose email address was associted with these licenses has left the company.  We have no documentation of the original serial numbers required for support access, or rehost process.   I have the license files.  These conatin a field labeled "SN" but this number does not seem to work.  Please advise.

Thanks

Hi Dan,

I need more information of your C++ Compiler floating license, in order to figure out which license you were referring to.  I'm sending you an email.  Let's talk offline.

Thank you.

Dan,

I'm removing your email & license file from your post for security reasons.  Let's talk via email.
