No control properties showing in V3491

Open a project previous created in V3400.

Getting errors in index_user_scripts.js which I didn't previously have.

Selecting controls does not display any properties for the control.

Project is Framework 7.

Each update to XDK seems to create more problems elsewhere.

Still can't edit my own posts, this is turning into a really bad day.

I have quit and restarted XDK,but cannot fix the missing control properties on an existing project. I don't even get the breadcrumb option across the top of design windows as previously.

I cannot work on a vital project without being able to set the properties.

I have started a new Framework 7 project and the control properties appear OK. Other projects using different Frameworks seem OK, this problem seems to affect Framework 7 Projects only when opening an existing project.
