Purchased two copies of intel software (Cluster Tools) but serial numbers do not work

Please I need help.

I purchased two serial numbers from your authorized reseller and installed Visual Studio and Cluster because I needed fortran. However, due to pc issues, I renewed my disks, reinstalled windows, and visual studio. Now that I'd like to re-install the cluster fortran package I purchased it's not working. It says the serial number cannot be registered. I have the old disks (hopefully still functional) but I'll like to transfer my license over. I thought this would be straight forward but I'm having problems.

Please, please help quickly as we were currently working on a project requiring our fortran compilers. I'm attaching the purchase information on the products.
