R200 Not working

I have an R200 that seems to be broken. Upon starting an experience with the camera the light on the camera will turn green, change to red, then turn off. It is then unusable. It used to turn green and stay green and work fine. Is this a known error sequence that means something?

Could you run SDK_INFO in advanced mode and provide the output file to us so we can help you to find if it is HW issue? Thanks!
