Recover serial number from license file

Hi,

We have an Intel VTune Amplifier XE 2013 license and want to download Update 17.
However, I don't have a serial number nor do I know if someone (who probably has left the company by now) has already registered it.
I have access to the license server with the license file. I tried using the part after SN= as a serial number but that did not work.
Is there a way to recover the real serial number and register that to my account?
