Registration not moving to allowing downloads

On the weekend I registered the Real Sense camera so we could download the SDK and start testing.

It required me to register the device, which I did.  Then it would say I'd get an E-mail shortly with instructions to get the SDK.  No E-mail came.  Not to junk mail, nothing.  I've confirmed the E-mail address can get external E-mail and up until now I've been getting other Intel E-mails to the account no problem.

I can't download the SDK and when I try it says I need to register the device first.  It shows I've registered the device but I can't click through that to get to the SDK to download.  I've tried registering the device again, and it gives me the same success message but - no E-mail.

At first I wondered if a human had to touch and approve this, but after 3 days I'm guessing something is just broken.

I tried the "premier support" link and I've already registered an account but when I go to the link to request support I get to an "access forbidden" page.  This forum is the closest I can find to where I should be asking for help with this issue.  Hopefully it is the right place.

We're wanting to get testing a game we're developing with this camera and would like to avoid losing further time on our project.

Thank you.

Today I logged in and was able to access the downloads for the camera.  Not sure if something wasn't working, someone flipped a switch or it just takes 5 days from registration to being able to download software

Either way - it now works.
