I have ordered a new version of Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Windows. The Serial Number is: V4TF-xxxxxxxx is active until 03 Jun 2016. When I download the newest Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Windows* I got the error message “Activation rights do not allow this software to be installed. This should be due to experied subscription or incompatible serial number”. I will presiate to receive a licence file from intel to put on: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intel\Licenses.

- or guide me for further instructions in relation to update of my fortran installation.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Axel Ohrt,

Which login did you use to download the product? Please answer via "Send Author A Message". I've removed also the SN in your post for security reasons.

Regards, Hubert.

Hi Axel Ohrt,

Sorry, found your registration and what you downloaded. Which activation method did you use (with serial number or license file)?

Regards, Hubert.

Hi Hubert

I tried with serial number. I can see that the serial number is identical with the one from last release, see the mail I sent you.

Best regards

Axel

Axel,

There is another license that expired some time ago. I'll comment on this in a private message.

Hubert.

How can I update the host/system ID on my license file?

I've looked everywhere on this site and I can't find it.  Help.

Hi Juan

If you start up WS with a fortran project, you can specify the licence number under Help->Intel Software Manager.

Axel
