I need help registering a serial number to my account, it says it is already registered but isn't showing up in my account.This is for a Intel® Parallel Studio XE Windows license.

Can you please send me a private message and let me know which SN you are currently trying to register? Do you have more than one Intel Registration Center (IRC) account?
