My company purchased both 2015 Linux and Windows version with a support end date of 2016-05-23. I only got hold of the licensing detail this week and when I try to download it seems that the Linux license got upgraded to a serial number for the 2016 version (I suppose), but the windows license is not valid according to the site. I would like to at least use the windows version for once before my supports end next Monday!
I can forward the detailed purchase information upon request. We contacted the vendor from whom we purchased the product first and was told that they no longer support the product that we purchased.
