Serial number not working for 2016 version

Hi 

I just renewed my license for cluster studio for windows.  I attempted to upgrade to the 2016 version of Fortan, but during the install the renewed serial number fails.  I tried downloading the license file, but that also did not work.  Furthermore, the information here

also does not help.  When I go under "manage" for the Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Windows*, I can download the license file, but there does not seem to be any connection to the host Mac number ID.  I also do not see any Host ID in the license file.

Suggestions?

As per our IPS correspondence you should have gotten an email by now with a new SN for Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE 2016 Cluster Edition for Windows*
