Some thing wrong with the Applying Intel® RealSense™ SDK Face Scans to a 3D Mesh

Hi all.

I had downloaded the source code from that webpage and used it.Here is the website,https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/applying-intel-realsense-sdk-face-scans-to-a-3d-mesh.

But I have a problem that once I click the "new scan", program can not keep running and the interaction is blank,is it something wrong with my PC?Or I lose some important files?

My operate System is Win8.1,the 3D camera works well
