Check plugins (Cordova or XDK) of your application. Maybe it is only it.
What command did you use? Pure HTML5 or Cordova?

You need to use cordova or xdk to play on mobile (as far as I know).
Try this: intel.xdk.player.playSound("folder/name.mp3");

Try building with Crosswalk, that is the platform that Construct2 expects you to use, not the standard Android build.

I recommend you take this to the Construct2 forum, we do not have any internal knowledge regarding what Construct2 does to implement the features you are describing, so there's not much we can do to help you with this issue.

Helder v how did you solve the incompatibility problem to make talk in the app. I made a project using the synthesis speech of construct 2 and trying to make it work on intel xdk. How did you solve it?
