We are unable to find registrations/downloads matching this request

I have Intel Fortran Complier with several licenses.  I need to move the License server off of bad hardware and onto a Linux server.  When I follow this guide:  https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/performance-tools-for-software-developers-intel-flexlm-license-servers and try to download it I get the error:  "We are unable to find registrations/downloads matching this request".   See attached screenshot as well.  How can I download the FlexLM license manager?  Any help is appreciated.
