Windows app is unresponsive after app framework back button is pressed in home page by mistake

I am facing one of the very last few issues wherein my windows 8.1 phone is becoming unresponsive after I pressed the app framework default panel back button.

Intel version : 3240

phone Os: Nokia 720 windows 8.1

Kindly help on this.
