intel MB DG31PR intel chipset software utility not install

hi,
I have a problem in installing S/W in Mother Board DG31PR intel chipset software utility is not installed. MYmb is new.
Given intel MB CD is not able to intall this software. Error generate and exit this application. Pl. help me to sort this problem.
