micsmc-like program for KNL

Is there a similar program to the KNC micsmc that will run on KNL? (Linux O/S)

Is there a similar Linux GUI program that presents CPU usage similar to Windows Task Manager Performance tab?
(graphical line chart per logical processor)

I am aware of htop and vtop, but these are not suitable.

micsmc, though console text oriented, is crude but would be more useful than the ?top programs.

Hi Jim,

For Intel Xeon Phi processor (KNL self boot), the GUI tool like micsmc is not available but you can use the Gnome System Monitoring tool. On my KNL-SB machine (installed RHEL 7.2), I monitor the CPU utilization of all the cores using this GUI tool:

Loc,

System Monitor is fine when you have only 4 or so threads (8 at max). My KNL system will be running 64, 128, 192 or 256 threads. At any of those numbers of threads, the single chart of CPU history is useless. What would be more useful is something similar to Windows Task Manager Performance tab.

IOW 256, albeit small charts, each with one chart line.

The micsmc on KNC had a cruder vertical bar per core (each bar having 4 zones). As crude as this was, it was much more useful than System Monitor.
