parallel studio xe 2015 installation failed

I have downloaded parallel_studio_xe_2015 trial version, but when I installed it, it failed at the begining. An error messagebox apeared "Intel Software Setup Assistant has stop working". My os is win8.1. Does anyone know about this? Thanks,

I need more information about this issue.

Do you have previous version of IPS XE installed on your machine?  If yes, please let me know the version number.

Please upload installation log files for me.  They can be found in your %TEMP% directory, which is usually C:\Users\<your-user-id>\AppData\Local\Temp.  File name of log files start with pset_.

Hi Feilong, Thnaks for help. Yes, I have installed previous version of IPS XE (parallel_studio_xe_2013_sp1_update1_novsshell), and I have uninstalled it.  Yesterday, I downloaded vtune_amplifier_xe_2015_update2. The intel setup assistant crashed too. The uploaded file is the log for parallel_studio_xe_2015_update4_setup.
