It seems like the report did not pull the motherboard model information, it says it's an ASUS but not the model. Could you please check the model one more time?

Let's try updating version 18.104.22.1688 to version 22.214.171.1241, find the file here: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/misc/sata/IRST_V14_5_0_1081_WHQL.zip?_ga=2.125833293.1118474473.1502213611-1591972974.1464359624. Uninstall the old version with the steps below and then proceed with the installation of the latest driver.
Instructions to uninstall the Intel® RST
- Open the Add/Remove Programs window
- Find the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology.
- Right click Intel® Rapid Storage Technology driver and select Uninstall.
- Follow the prompts stated by the Intel Installation Framework window to complete the process.
- Reboot the computer after the uninstall process has finished.

Opening the App and going to Help | About leads me to screen with lower-right reading:
I saw in the unzipped files that there are x32 and x64 options, but I just ran the .EXE in the DISK folder. I don't know how to check that it installed correctly for my x64 machine, and I don't know both how to find the answer to that in the System Report or how to copy the information listed there to this message. Nor do I find a way to attach a file to this message.
But I THINK it is probably okay now. I have just taken a peek at "Managing the Storage System and wonder whether I need to become actively involved with this application or whether it will now just "do its thing" to good advantage. Does it automatically scan the system for how things are now and then make recommendations?
