Hello MoVij,
Thank you for joining the Intel community
About the .NET software, it is supposed to not be necessary when using Windows Server 2019. You can check it here: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/713033/Windows_VROC_7.7_PV_ReleaseNotes.pdf#page=19
Also, there is a version in between 7.5 and 7.7. By any chance have you tested v7.6.0.1023? Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC) and Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Enterprise (Intel® RSTe) Windows* Driver for Intel® Server Boards and Systems Based on Intel® 62X Chipset

Hello Jose,
Yes I tried v7.6 as well, It puts an icon in the tray but Still does not launch the software. 7.7 does not even puts the tray icon.
I even downloaded to 6.x - but that gives an error saying driver is newer, please updare GUI software.
I spent hours trying all 3 different version on both INtel boxes - exact same result.

Hello MoVij,
We need to gather all the information possible about the error presented. There are no previous reports of issue with the VROC GUI software tool.
Could you please attach screenshots of the installation process up to the point where the issue is displayed. We want to check if any is similar to the ones listed in the VROC issues contained in chapter 6 "Intel® VROC 5.5 for Windows* User Guide". Also share the Windows Event Log image showing the installation error.
We will look forward to your updates.

Hello Jose,
The installation goes without flaw. However the program does not run. There is at least one more thread in community with exact same problem: (1) Intel VROC software Driver Version = 7.5.0.1991 problems continued - Intel Communities
I have also attached screenshots and event viewer. This is happening on 2 servers - Both Intel.
Also attached the file generated by Windows
Thank You.

Hello MoVij,
Can you please share the sysinfo and the VROC system report from the VROC GUI (you will need to install VROC 6.3 since 7.x is not working for you)?
We will look forward to your updates.

I suggest- the thread not be archived and kept active till problems is resolved.
This is a software bug and we should help other intel users as much as possible in one single place. Please have your team research based on Event logs and Microsoft dump files provided till then if possible. We will try to get a maintenance window till then.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

No. These are production systems and we can not easily reboot them as these tools require reboot.
