[PCM] PCIe traffic monitoring

Hi,
Similar to memory traffic, Is there a mechanism to measure the PCIe link utilization on the root ports ?

the latest version of Intel Performance Counter Monitor includes an experimental tool called pcm-pcie for monitoring PCIe traffic. Does this suit your needs?
