2.5"HDD: HGST HTS5410A9E680 SATA 6.0Gb/s

I can't insert the 2.5"HDD in NUC 2.5"SATA Bay.

There are ~0.3mm 凸 on 2.5" HDD.

And in NUC Bay,  the bottom is up about ~1mm at the entrance,

in the interior above 25mm the top is down about 3mm.

Your report is so terse that it is difficult to tell whether the problem is with the height or the width. You also didn't provide a picture of the HDD showing the 凸 (whatever that is). All I can say is that I am not having any issues plugging Seagate drives into my FN NUC. Though the Seagate drives are only 7mm in height, the bay is designed to hold drives that are up to 9.7mm in height.

Thank n_scott_pearson,

I mistook that,  there are ~0.3mm 凸 on the 2.5" HDD.  My HDD of HGST is 9.3 mm in thickness.  I didn't know that thickness of 2.5" HDD is two types with 7mm or 9.5mm.  If perhaps 7mm thickness, then insertable into even my NUC.  But not new HDD,  I wanted to adapt the HDD in my use to this.

I may have solved this !

Regards
