Hello @Yasin34

Thank you for your reply.

Thank you @n_scott_pearson for your comment, that’s true we cannot speculate on the release date of upcoming drivers.

On that case, try a Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers using the previous driver I sent you, also be sure in which band are you connected, if 2.4 or 5.0. And if the issue occurs also in other devices, it could be related to the ISP (Internet service provider), on that scenario you will have to contact them.

Please let me know the following:

1.    What is the symptom of the issue?

2.    Are you having issues on Wifi or Bluetooth or both?

3.    When did it start to happen?

4.    Do you remember if this issue happened after a new OS update or Wireless driver update?

5.    Is this a laptop or desktop system?

6.    Is this issue happening at home, office environment or both?

7.    Is this a new computer? If so, have check with your system's OEM for validated drivers or support on known issues related to the symptoms experienced?

8.    What OS version are you using?

9.    What adapter model do you have?

10. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?

11.Have you checked if this issue happens on different networks?

12.Are you able to reproduce the same issue while on hardwired connection?

13.What steps do you take to reproduce your issue?

14.Were you able to have you wireless connection in a normal/expected performance before?

15.Have you installed any recent software or hardware in your system?

16.Have tried a roll back to a previous driver version for testing?

17.Have you rebooted your access-point, router, modem?

Besides if this information, please provide us with a SSU report, please download and scan your system using our tool, Intel® System Support Utility so we can help check your system info first. Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan 'Everything', click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide the .txt file.

This document will be necessary to check your entire system, in order to find possible errors or incompatibilities.

The Intel Support Agents are not allowed to speculate on the delivery date or contents of any forthcoming update.

Is there some particular problem that you are having that you want to see a fix for?
