8265 - Stuck in version 20.50.3.3

Hello, I am using a Asus ux331ua (i7-8550U) and I want to update the wifi driver, however I always get "This software package cannot be installed on your system", I have tried to do a clean install from "Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers" - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html

 

But I get the same result.

I also checked the Laptop's support page and it has only a very old verison (2.10).

 

Does someone has a different method of installing the newest version?

Hello Bunchan Thank you for posting in the Intel Community. • What operating system is installed on the laptop? • Provide me with the link for the driver version that you are trying to install. • Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility • Steps to save the report: 1- Run the utility. 2- Click on “Scan” to get the scanned system. 3- Once the scan is complete click on “next”. 4- Use the “save” option, save the report to your desktop. 5- To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box. What operating system is installed on the laptop?:  Windows 10 1809 - 17763.292

 

Provide me with the link for the driver version that you are trying to install: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28503/Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-and-Drivers-for-Windows-10 and from Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA).
