I am investigating if linux [ apt install ptpd] or https://sourceforge.net/p/linuxptp/
daemons and services can be used with your cards over WLAN for precise time synchronization between devices.
ethtool -T wlan0
Time stamping parameters for wlan0:
Capabilities:
software-receive (SOF_TIMESTAMPING_RX_SOFTWARE)
software-system-clock (SOF_TIMESTAMPING_SOFTWARE)
PTP Hardware Clock: none
Hardware Transmit Timestamp Modes: none
Hardware Receive Filter Modes: none

AVolo2, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
In reference to your question, I just wanted to let you know that Intel® provides limited support when using Linux as operating system, in this case the best thing to do will be to submit your inquiry in the following web site:
Wi-Fi commiunity for Linux*:
https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/en/users/drivers/iwlwifi
If more assistance is needed please use this email address to send your inquiry: linuxwifi@intel.com
