AC 9462 isnt working

I was downloading a software "GeForce" for my laptop probably for things or more then after some time it doesnt work there is a red ! sign on the device manager trying tutorials didn't work tried download and updating didn't work i hope i might get help soon.

To have a better understanding of this problem, we need more information:


  • What is the specific problem? Are you able to connect to the internet?
  • Do you experience Wifi problems, Bluetooth, or both?
  • Do you know if this started after an OS update or a wireless driver update?
  • Is this a laptop or desktop system?
  • Is this a new computer?
  • Which operating system version are you using?
  • Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system or did you change/install a new adapter recently?
  • Did you get the expected performance before?
  • Have tried a roll back to a previous driver version for testing?
