I was downloading a software "GeForce" for my laptop probably for things or more then after some time it doesnt work there is a red ! sign on the device manager trying tutorials didn't work tried download and updating didn't work i hope i might get help soon.

- What is the specific problem? Are you able to connect to the internet?
- Do you experience Wifi problems, Bluetooth, or both?
- Do you know if this started after an OS update or a wireless driver update?
- Is this a laptop or desktop system?
- Is this a new computer?
- Which operating system version are you using?
- Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system or did you change/install a new adapter recently?
- Did you get the expected performance before?
- Have tried a roll back to a previous driver version for testing?
