Hi,
I am trying to use Ax210 module on Nvidia Jetson Xavier NX with Linux kernel 5.10. However, the driver of bluetooth is not working successfully and I have already taken more then half year to deal with this issue. I found that the usage of RAM is increased significantly.
The related logs are available:

Hello leonpano and JimmyHu,
Thanks for your time. I was checking the report and noticed that the kernel version is 5.10, does this mean that you cant install the kernel version 6.1.8? Were you able to check with the Linux support team to install this kernel version as JimmyHu mentioned?
I will be waiting for the confirmation.

Is not easy to port Nvidia blobs to newer kernel
(Note ax210 on my HPE ProLient ML350 Gen9 works fine with Ubuntu 20.04 kernel 5.15)
I wish I could use newer kernel but due to Nvidia
I tried to use official kernel form Ubuntu but that is not working at all
Lockup or error

Hello leonpano,
Thanks for the confirmation. I understand that Nvidia has placed some limitations/restrictions on their device, I will check internally to confirm if we have any alternative steps for this issue.
I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello JimmyHu,
Thanks for your patience. Due to the limitations placed by Nvidia, I recommend you check with them to confirm which wireless adapters are suitable to use and what is the maximum kernel version able to use.
If the Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX210 (Gig+) is one of them, please let me know so we can help to advise the firmware versions between Linux kernel 5.18 to 6.10.

Many thanks for your response.
We can document the issue on our side, but since the issue was caused by the kernel, we are unable to take any action on it. Our best recommendation is to reach out to distribution forums.
Please let me know if further assistance is needed.

Hello leonpano,
I appreciate your response. In this case, I will try to check if we can do anything else related to the Kernel version. However, bear in mind that Linux is the one in charge to provide the updates and customization to the Kernel based on the board and manufacturer.
The Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX210 (Gig+) may support Linux, but the operating system developer and the motherboard manufacturers determine which version and kernel will be supported on their system.
Even though Nvidia did nothing wrong with their system, I recommend you check with them and the Linux developer to confirm if they can add this update to 5.10 LTS updates.

Hello JimmyHu and leonpano,
Thanks for your patience. In this case, there is not much we can do related to the Ubuntu kernel version and since this version was causing the issue the only recommendation would be to get in contact with Nvidia and the Linux developer team for further support.
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.

Hi @DeividA_Intel ,
OK, I see. Thank you for your reply and help to this issue.
Hi @leonpano ,
Maybe this issue should be reported to Nvidia and the Linux developer team.
Sincerely,
Jimmy Hu
