Hello trailmount,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your ntel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?

2. Is the issue present only when other options different that 802.11ac is chosen?

3. Are you getting the same BSOD errors? Or are they different?

4. What are the BSOD errors that you are getting? Can you get a picture?

5. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?

6. What is the driver version installed for the wireless adapter?

7. Is this issue happening with the Intel drivers or also the Dell drivers?
