Can't instal ethernet driver because of no internet

Hello,

first of all sorry for possible wrong location - didnt know what to put.

So I built a pc and installed fresh windows on it. Yet there is no internet driver installed, but to install the driver, I would need to connect to the internet, which I can't, bcoz of the missing driver.

I checked the properties of the ethernet network adapter, which led me to Intel, as the specs are:

Ven_8086&DEV_15FA

Yet I can't find anything of help in the download centre and I am clueless as how to procede with this issue.

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. The driver is provided by the motherboard manufacturer, could you please share the brand and model of the motherboard that you use?
