Does Intel ax210 work in ESXi 7.0 U2 with Ubuntu 20.04

I have a ESXi 7.0 U2 server and install Ubuntu 20.04 on it. 

Intel ax210 has added to U20 and lspci can see it (Intel Corporation Device 2725(rev 1a)). When I tried install driver it showed some error in dmesg, and after that termial can't response to cmds that issued later.

See dmesg log below, please ignore the kernel version, this driver can run without issue on a laptop installed U20 directly.

I just want to confirm if intel ax210 can work in such way, any successful examples?

Sorry for the late reply.

The kernel that I mentioned works well is on a laptop installed with Ubuntu directly, not a Ubuntu virtual machine on ESXi host.

I tried with kernel 5.15 on ESXi host virtual machine with ubuntu 20.04.6 to see if default driver can support intel ax210 but it also showed such messages and can't see intel ax210 interface with ifconfig -a.  See attached logs.

So I'm not sure if intel ax210 can support work in such way or I need some configuration to get it work?
