Hi nlee,

I'm following up to the investigation that I had conducted. Based on my research, Intel® Wi-Fi 7 products support the 6GHz band for Wi-Fi. Usage of the 6GHz band relies on Operating System support as stated in the bullet.

  • Wi-Fi 7 features are depended on Kernel, Operation System support and connected Access Point (router) – Wi-Fi 7 functionally may be limited.

Also, could you please share the following information?

  1. Is this a self-integration, hardware OS supported Linux?
  2. AP and ISP supported and was this hardware able to access 6GHz before?

I hope to hear from you soon.
