I just recently bought an ax210 chip and try out and its going around with like 5 or 6 mbs (which is pretty much uselss).
My laptop is lenovo legion slim5i which comes with realtek wifi chip (which is also a bit slow) .
I replace the realtek ones with intel ax210 but somehow it got worse (Note i hv like 500mb/s on other devices)
I even bought a second ax210 coz i thought first one might be a screwed up one.
For the drivers , I have already installed every possible necessary latest drivers and somehow still not works.

Ohh Thank for the reply but I somehow solve it out already.
Now my wifi speed is at the range of I expected to be.
