Help! My newly bought intel Wifi ax 210 is very slow (cannot even get up to 2 digits )

I just recently bought an ax210 chip and try out and its going around with like 5 or 6 mbs (which is pretty much uselss). 
My laptop is lenovo legion slim5i which comes with realtek wifi chip (which is also a bit slow) .

I replace the realtek ones with intel ax210 but somehow it got worse (Note i hv like 500mb/s on other devices)

I even bought a second ax210 coz i thought first one might be a screwed up one.
For the drivers , I have already installed every possible necessary latest drivers and somehow still not works.

1. Who installed the AX210 in your laptop?
2. What is your OS?
3. Can you tell us why did you choose to upgrade/replace the wireless card of your laptop?

Ohh Thank for the reply but I somehow solve it out already.

Now my wifi speed is at the range of I expected to be.
