Unit is 5 months old and started dropping connection after Lenovo recommended driver update. I rolled it back but it did not fix. Current driver is listed as 20.70.10.2. Updated Windows to 1903 -- no difference. I've viewed other Lenovo adapter driver problems here and on Lenovo forums. The driver designations are VERY confusing. It sounds like I need to install an earlier version for the fix but Lenovo and Intel appear to use different driver designations.

Since this issue started happening after updating the wireless driver, we would like to gather more information about your system configuration:
1. Is 20.70.10.2 the wireless driver version recommended by Lenovo? Could you please confirm this driver version?
2. Please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread to gather more system details to better assist you.
1. Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application in your computer.
2. Open the application and click "Scan" to see system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
3. To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
3. Did the Intel® Wireless adapter came preinstalled on the computer?
