Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To better understand the issue, I need more details about your system. Please provide the following key information:
- Was your system previously functioning well with the Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX210?
- Is the AX210 pre-installed on your device, or did you upgrade to this component?
- Could you elaborate on what you mean by "you can't operate the AX210"? If possible, please provide a short video.
I look forward to your response.
I will wait for your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

1. Yes. It worked well.
2. I patched the driver with the attached driver file. (AX210_driver.zip)
AX210 is not launched well with default ubuntu driver (installed by ubuntu install and update)
3. I can't connect wifi network and I can't find out wifi device.
Can I get your advice?

Hello Teddy_B,
Installation or use of Intel® Wireless Adapters is subject to country-specific legal regulations. Some countries require the Intel® Wireless Adapters to be certified with the antenna that is intended to be used together in the system, while some countries require the Intel® Wireless Adapter to be certified at the full system level.
An Intel® Wireless Adapter installed in a system that is being sold on the market doesn't necessarily mean that same wireless adapter can be used or installed in any other systems for the above mentioned reason.
As each country may have different regulatory requirements, before you install/change the Intel® Wireless Adapter in a system, you must contact the system manufacturer to determine if the Intel® Wireless Adapters you plan to install is approved for use in your system and country. You are required to follow the manufacturer's post-approval requirements.
If the manufacturer doesn't have the necessary approvals, the party installing the device is responsible for approvals. Installing adapters in an unauthorized system may be illegal. The end user is not authorized to install the Intel® Wireless Adapters (except the retail products below). Only the manufacturer or its authorized representative can install the adapters.
Since you already performed the integration, it is important to understand that it may not work due to hardware or software compatibility issues or dependencies.
Intel is a supplier of laptop components and does not manufacture or sell complete laptop systems. Your system manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the software or hardware packaging they provide.
If you haven't checked this issue with NVIDIA Jetson technical support yet, I highly recommend to reach out to their technical support.
I hope this helps.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello, JeanetteC.
I used AX210 for several weeks well.
And I can use other wifi module (AC9260) well till now.
So, I think there is no problem in HW compatibility.
For SW compatibility, I wanna get an advice from you.
Do you have any other advice to me without recommending to go NVIDIA support?
