I am using the latest driver 23.150.0.4 for the be200 network card, but I cannot use the wifi7 function. After connecting to a wifi7 network, it only displays wifi6. My computer system is win11 24h2.

Hello honker,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to better understand and diagnose the issue further, let me ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help me isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action moving forward.
- What is the brand and model of your system?
- Was it working fine before?
- If yes, what was the last change made before the issue started?
- Can you provide some screenshots of the issue?
- Let me also check, did you manually install the BE200 as an upgrade or this is embedded in your system?
- For me to review the hardware and the driver installed, please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Please refer to the link below on how to generate the logs:
How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello honker,
Thank you for the update.
Based on the screenshot I believe the manufacturer of your system/laptop is Asus?
Have you tried contacting Asus for further checking the compatibility and configuration?
The reason why I asked is because Intel have a regulatory document that you need to check this first with the system manufacturer.
Please refer to the link below for the regulatory information.

It's an ASUS ROG laptop. I don't think it's an ASUS issue, as this isn't an isolated case but a common problem. Many users on Chinese online forums have reported that the Wi-Fi 7 functionality stops showing up after the driver version 23.30.0, although it was previously available. Reinstalling the system and rolling back to this specific driver version can restore the functionality.

Hello honker,
Thank you for the update.
I am not saying that it is an Asus issue, kindly read the regulatory information for more details on why I am asking if you tried contacting Asus first.
Possible causes are compatibility and configuration with the system since this is a manual install hardware as an upgrade.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
