I currently have a N150SD motherboard and it currently has a Killer AC1525 Wireless Bluetooth network card. I would like to change it to the new Wifi 6 Intel AX200 card. Is it possible?

Well, the Killer AX1525 is a M.2 card, just like the AX200, so physically it is supported. As for BIOS compatibility, you really need to be asking the mobo manufacturer that.
