I downloaded the wifi 6 ax201 adapter but it dosnt show up in the device manager and i cant "setup"

So i downloaded the adapter and im trying to like setup the adapter but it dosnet shows up in the device manager and i cant even connect to it. Instead of it i only see this one adapter "intel(R) dual-band wireless-AC 3165" AND I WANT THE wifi 6 ax201 160Mhz. PLEASE HLEP ME

Did you actually install the ax201 hardware?  Downloading the software will not do anything if you do not have the hardware.

What do you mean by the hardware? Like u downloaded the whole file and everything

You have to install the ax201 card first.   Then, you install the driver.  The driver alone will not do anything for you.

If you want wifi6, purchase the ax201 card.   CAUTION:  Your device (laptop) must be able to support the ax201 card first!
