Intel AX210 can't create 6GHz hotspot

I just would like to confirm does the AX210 driver v22.0 support to create a 6GHz hotspot in Win10 build 19042 / insider build 20262?

Also I've submited a feedback ticket to Microsoft about this: https://aka.ms/AAadqcn

After checking this further, we would like to inform you that Wi-Fi 6E or the 6GHz band will be supported in a future Windows* 10 version. We noticed that you have submitted a feedback ticket to Microsoft about that. For more details, we recommend waiting for an answer from them regarding the feedback you submitted, or please contact Microsoft support directly >> Microsoft* Support


Mobile hotspot is supported by Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX210 in legacy bands 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. For the 6 GHz band, this feature is currently prohibited by wireless regulations.
