hi,
please advise if the above software package is an important install? if not, i won't bother to find a workaround...
when first tried to install, received error message "cannot be installed with killer ethernet driver suite..."
as i don't use ethernet connection, i uninstalled ethernet driver suite, but when then tried to install, got new error message "cannot be installed with killer wireless drivers..."
Wireless Adapter is: Killer Wi-Fi 6E AX1675i 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter (211NGW)
Driver version: 22.200.2.1

Please be informed that the Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite can help speed up your browsing experience, even if you aren’t gaming. On connections with limited speeds, such as shared hotel Wi-Fi, our prioritization technology will slow background downloads like Windows* Update to streamline data moving to your browser. This can have an enormous impact on Web surfing speeds on slow and spotty connections. Of course, gaming comes first, but when you aren’t gaming, we still want your machine to be as responsive as possible.
However, the Intel Killer Performance Suite is designed to do its job with minimal necessary input from the user, and with a small resource footprint, you may prefer to uninstall the Intel Killer Performance Suite. Prior to uninstalling the program, I just want to confirm the following details to ensure that there is no issue on your device.
- Did you experience any issues before reinstalling the killer performance suite?
- Please indicate the reason why you reinstalled the app?
- Please provide the SSU logs of your device. You may follow the steps indicated on this article, How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows* and send the txt file to us.
