Another person with an Intel NUC + Intel AC 7260 issue here.
I have a brand new Intel NUC D54250WYK running Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit. All updates (BIOS, drivers, etc.) installed and I cannot get the Intel AC 7260 wireless adapter to work.
Device manager recognizes the adapter as "Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260", but there is an exclamation mark associated with that listing and when I double-click on it the device status reads "This device cannot start. (Code 10)".
If I run the Intel PROSet Wireless WiFi Manual Diagnostics it fails the hardware test stating "Wireless Hardware is not bound to transport driver".
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello DSCnuc,
I understand you are having problems with the Wireless adapter on your NUC so let me help you with this.
Since the wireless card is being recognized at the Operating System level there may be a software issues so I first want you to install the latest driver for the adapter. Here is the latest one:

If you re still having problems, for troubleshooting steps, can you try installing a previous version? Here you can download the version:

Did you try doing this while having the Wireless card disconnected? Is there any way to test the card into another system?
