Hello.

I have 2 Intel I210 NIC’s inserted in my computer.

I tried to install the latest igb in my fedora 34.

When I type lsmod|grep igb I see one instance og igb. Does one instance manage 2 cards?

  • In fedora 32 I type ‘modinfo igb’ and I got information with field : vrsion 5.2.2 and appropriate vermagic.

In fedora 34 I can see the appropriate vermagic but I can’t see the version.

  • The newest igb driver in your website is 5.2.2.
  • in fedora 34 with default drivers updated I can see it depends in instance i2c_algo_bit(bit bang) but we can’t see the version, as mentioned above.
  • In Fedora 32 5.2.2 is installed but igb depends on just dca, without i2c_algo_bit

I will be happy to answers , thanks
