Hi HP16,
Thank you for reaching us, in order to further investigate on the issue, we will be needing the following information:
- When did the issue started? Are there any recent changes happened on the computer before getting the issue?
- Have you done any troubleshooting step before contacting us?
- What is the exact error on the device manager.
- To get the exact error, right click on the yellow bang and click properties, go to driver tab and from there you will see the exact error message.
