Diganta,
You didn't indicate what type and model of laptop you have. And was the driver you installed the version specifically provided by the laptop manufacturer, or the version direct from Intel. And also what version of Windows you are running.

Hello Diganta_Majumder,
Thank you for posting on the Intel* Community.
To better assist you, please provide us with the below details:
- Is the wireless card an integration you made to your system or it came included with the PC?
Please provide us with the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) report
- Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
- Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
Best regards,
Maria R.
