Merci.
Ma config :
ACER AN517-51-57TK
WINDOWS 11 HOME 64 bits
Protocole : Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax)
Type de sécurité : WPA2 - Personnel
Fabricant : Intel Corporation
Description : Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz
Version du pilote : 23.10.0.8

You've installed BOTH the Wireless and Bluetooth 23.10.0 packages?
If so, you may need to install them again, this time using a clean install process. Here is that process, fully detailed:
- If you haven't already, download - but do not install just yet - the latest Bluetooth and Wireless driver packages for your adapter. Here are the current links for downloading these drivers: Wireless: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351 and Bluetooth: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18649.
- Most important! Disable Internet access. Unplug Ethernet cable and/or disable wireless. Keep disabled until told to re-enable. Note this Wireless disable *must* be of type that will persist and stay disabled across reboots.
- From the Apps & Features applet, check for instances of Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and Intel Wireless Bluetooth. If none, skip forward to Step 6.
- Uninstall each instance of Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and/or Intel Wireless Bluetooth that is present. When prompted, choose to "Discard Settings".
- Manually reboot your computer, keeping Internet access disabled throughout.
- From the Device Manager applet, check the Network Adapters section for an entry for Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX210 and check the Bluetooth section for an entry for Intel Wireless Bluetooth that has an intel driver associated with it. If neither is the case, skip forward to Step 10.
- Right click on the entry for Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX210 and uninstall it, choosing to (checkmark) Delete the driver software for this device.
- Right click on the entry for Intel Wireless Bluetooth and open its properties. If it has an Intel driver associated with it, then uninstall it, choosing to (checkmark) Delete the driver software for this device.
- Go back to Step 5.
- Install the downloaded Bluetooth driver package (my rule: always install Bluetooth first).
- Install the downloaded Wireless driver package.
- Manually shutdown and reboot your computer.
- Reenable Internet access. Restore Ethernet cable and/or reenable wireless.
- Test.
Note that it sometimes takes multiple uninstall (and reboot) cycles to clean out the old installations, so don't give up on the process. If you get to, say, 10 cycles, stop there and attempt the installation of the latest drivers.
Hope this helps,
...S

Hello Ruivax,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand you are having Bluetooth issues after you installed the new wireless adapter, I will happily assist you on this matter.
Bear in mind that the manufacturer (Acer) must approve the new hardware since the laptop BIOS and motherboard must support any new components (RAM, CPU, wireless adapter, etc). Have you checked with Acer to confirm compatibility with the new adapter?
The Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX210 could have caused a misconfiguration in your system, I would like to confirm the following before continuing further:
1. Do you see any error in the device manager?
2. What is the BIOS version installed?
Check more about integration at the following link:

Bonjour ,
Merci

Hello Ruivax,
Thanks for the information provided. Based on this issue, try the following:
1. If possible, try the recommendation from n_scott_pearson.
2. Load BIOS settings to default.
3. Check these Microsoft steps.
4. Check for any pending Windows updates, even the optional ones.
5. Try to set the Bluetooth to Advanced connection options, under Bluetooth settings.
6. If the issue persists, try to get in contact with Acer for them to run the tests needed.
Best regards,
Deivid A.

Merci

Hello Ruivax,
Thanks for your response. In this case, if the original adapter (ax200) and the new 2 adapters (ax210 wifi6E) do not, this could mean a bad installation or complete support from the motherboard.
Bear in mind that our drivers are generic and the drivers from Acer are meant to work perfectly with your laptop, I recommend you to get in contact with Acer, since they approved the new adapter, to confirm the steps to install this adapter and make it work fine. You may need to get the right BIOS and drivers.
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.
Regards,
Deivid A.

Bonjour,

I believe the functionality is Main is used for the 5.0/6.0 GHz bands, and Aux is used for the 2.4 GHz band (Wireless and Bluetooth). You should always connect two antennas; there are operations that require both. If Wireless or Bluetooth is not working well, you can swap the leads and try with the opposite antennas. If Bluetooth is not working at all, then you need to look for reasons why.
As mentioned, Bluetooth utilizes 2.4GHz signalling. If Bluetooth isn't working, I would test a 2.4GHz Wireless connection to ensure that clean 2.4GHz communications is happening (eliminating the antenna as a possible cause).
The Bluetooth 'device' is accessed via USB. If the Bluetooth 'device' cannot be detected - and you've verified that this is consistent with multiple AX210 modules - I would be investigating whether USB is working properly (but see next paragraph as well). I hope that you have installed the Intel Chipset Device Software package for your motherboard. This package doesn't provide the base USB devices, but it does optimally configure them. If you have a standard PC and are using a Wireless card carrier to host the AX210 card, you need to ensure that this card carrier is cable-connected to one of the motherboard's internal USB 2.0 headers (I mention this for completion; I realize you have a laptop).
In some laptop designs, Bluetooth configuration and operation is supported from the BIOS in order to allow Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to be used while in BIOS Setup and UEFI Shell operations. From slimier suppliers, rather than generically supporting Bluetooth USB devices, the BIOS will contain Inclusion/Exclusion list that block the use of devices not on their 'supported' list (read: the slimeballs want you to purchase your Wireless/Bluetooth devices only through them).
Question: If you go back to the AX200 module, does Bluetooth then work?
That's all for now,

Ok, this tells us that the Bluetooth capability should be able to transmit and receive properly.
Now, I need more information on the overall Windows installation. Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. When you start the utility, select Everything and then click on Scan. Once it completes the scan process, click on Next and then Save. Pick a name for the text file to create and click on Save to create it. You can then close the app. Finally, open a response post here and then, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog (below the edit box for the body of your response post), upload and attach this text file to the response post.

So, I am finding no trace of the Bluetooth device, and worse, seeing this message in the log:
I don't understand what's going on. You are going to have to talk to Acer and find out whether they are somehow blocking this card/feature from being used. The other alternative is to reinstall Windows from scratch to see whether there is something screwed up in the system configuration that is responsible for it not appearing.
Sorry I didn't have a better answer,

Bonjour,
